Step Into Fatherhood as a Sacred Role

Fatherhood is more than a responsibility—it’s an initiation. A calling. A lineage of love, presence, and power that extends far beyond the day-to-day.

If you’ve ever felt the weight of breaking generational cycles…

If you know in your bones that fatherhood is more than just providing…

If you seek to raise your children with intention rather than defaulting to inherited patterns…

Then you already hear the call.

This is fatherhood as a sacred path—one that is Heart-Centered, Body-Based, Soulful, and Community-Infused. It’s not just about what you do as a father. It’s about who you are becoming.

What This Program Offers

This 12-week experience is designed to move you through a progression of initiation, healing, and transformation, so you can step fully into fatherhood with clarity, confidence, and sacred purpose.

Group, Guided, or Self-Directed Options – Choose the path that works for you. Create your own group, join weekly group calls for deep integration, or move at your own pace.

Myth, Archetypes & Storytelling – Tap into ancient wisdom and archetypal maps that help you navigate fatherhood with depth and meaning.

Somatic Practices & Rituals – Learn body-based techniques to regulate your nervous system, deepen presence, and cultivate fatherhood as a living practice.

Brotherhood & Support – Connect with other fathers who are walking this path—because fatherhood was never meant to be done alone.

Father as Spirit-Keeper: Tending to the Sacred in Family Life

Grow beyond just providing and protecting, become the keeper of your family's spirit.

Become the one who holds the unseen threads of lineage, story, and ritual.

Become the one who teaches not just through words, but through presence.

Through this program, you'll become equipped to answer the call to:

Tend the fire— create rituals, traditions, and shared meaning in our families.

Hold the vision— offer our children a grounded sense of belonging and purpose.

Speak the stories— connect our children to deeper wisdom, myth, and ancestry.

Throughout this journey, you’ll explore practical ways to embody this role—whether through storytelling, somatic grounding, shared rituals, or the way you guide your children through life’s transitions.

This is the legacy that lasts.

The Four Core Pillars of the Program

_
Heart - Centered

Increase your capacity to lead with love, emotional intelligence, and presence. Learn to hold space for yourself and your children with compassion and depth.

_

Body-Based

Fatherhood is lived through the body. You’ll learn somatic practices to ground your nervous system, deepen presence, and meet the physicality of fatherhood with strength and stability.

_
Soulful

We weave in mythopoetics, ritual, and storytelling— experience the wisdom of ancestors, archetypes, and the unseen dimensions of fatherhood.

_
Community Infused

You are not meant to father alone. Through this program, you’ll be held in brotherhood—learning from and alongside other men on this path.

Your Guides

Noah Goldstein

Noah is a father of three, Doctor of Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine, and a seasoned facilitator who has spent years guiding men into deeper connection with themselves, their families, and the sacred. He weaves together somatic awareness, community, and spirit to create spaces where men feel safe, supported, and challenged to grow. With warmth, honesty, and a touch of play, Noah invites fathers to step fully into the sacred role they are called to embody

Dave Bonaiuto

Dave is a psychotherapist, coach, leader and a guide. Enamored by the stories we tell, he has become acutely attuned to the way these stories shape our lives. His own story with many twists and turns, currently tells of two magical children, a powerful loving wife, and a vocational commitment to doing and offering deep inner-work through teaching, training, coaching, and psychotherapy. Dave invites men into deeper connection their authentic selves .

The Journey Ahead

1. Answering the Call — Setting the Stage

Every journey begins with a call.
In Week One, you’ll orient to the deeper invitation of fatherhood and set intentions for your 12-week journey.
You’ll craft your Fatherhood Altar — a living symbol of your devotion and a touchstone for your growth.

2. Shedding & Grieving the Death of the Pre-Father Hero

Transformation requires loss.
You’ll honor what must fall away — freedom, old identities, unfinished dreams — so new life can take root.
Through guided grief practice and ritual, you’ll discover that grief itself is praise — a doorway into gratitude.

3. The Value of Ritual & Ceremony

Ritual marks what matters.
You’ll learn to weave ceremony into daily life — meal blessings, bedtime transitions, family thresholds — so that rhythm, meaning, and magic return to the home.
This week reconnects you with Father as Spirit-Keeper.

4. The Father’s Wound

Every father carries both love and hurt from his lineage.
You’ll turn toward those inherited stories with compassion — not to blame, but to heal.
By naming and integrating the father wound, you free yourself to show up more fully in the present.

5. The Shadow of the Father

The parts we reject become the parts that run us.
This week invites you to face the hidden aspects of yourself — anger, shame, control — and reclaim their gifts.
You’ll learn to hold the tension between strength and tenderness without collapsing into either.

6. Wielding the Sword — The Father’s Voice

A father’s words carry power.
You’ll practice the art of listening, speaking truth without harm, and bringing clarity to conflict.
We explore communication not as a technique, but as a sacred act of transmission — the voice that guides, protects, and blesses.

7. Battle Skills — Rupture & Repair

Even the most loving fathers rupture connection.
The work is in the repair.
You’ll learn how to regulate in conflict, own your mistakes, and transform breakdowns into deeper trust.
These are the everyday “battle skills” of conscious fatherhood.

8. Nervous System Wizardry & Emotional Mastery

Your body is your greatest ally.
Through breath, movement, and awareness, you’ll learn to regulate your nervous system, expand emotional capacity, and return to presence — no matter what storms arise.

9. Jedi Mind Tricks — Working the Mind, Consciousness & Patterns

The mind can be both trickster and teacher.
You’ll discover tools to observe thoughts without being ruled by them, shift long-held patterns, and cultivate spacious awareness.
This is the practice of becoming the calm center in the chaos.

10. The Father’s Legacy — Compass & Navigation Skills

What are you passing down?
You’ll clarify your core values and create a Father’s Manifesto — your compass for life and parenting.
This is where intention becomes legacy.

11. Discovering the Authentic Self — Soul Encounter

Beneath the roles lies your essence.
This week is a descent into soul — meeting the deeper “why” that guides your fatherhood and your life.
You’ll emerge with renewed clarity about who you are and what’s yours to give.

12. The Father in Community — Going Forth

Fatherhood was never meant to be walked alone.
We close in celebration and reflection, naming the gifts you now carry and how you’ll continue to serve your family and community.
You’ll step forth not just as a dad, but as a father-as-elder-in-the-making.

Frequently Asked Questions

Anonymous, Council of Father's Participant:

“[They] have a way of getting right to the point in a compassionate way. [Their] presence has pushed me to face inner fears and insecurities in a powerful and embracing way. I always come away from my time with [them] with a better understanding of myself and the way I want to be in the world - as a father, husband, friend, and community member.”

Mike Terborg, Council of Father's Participant:

“I’ve been part of a number of men’s groups over the years, so I wasn’t new to men’s work or to sitting in circle. But the Council of Fathers has been, by far, the most powerful and meaningful experience I’ve had. What makes it different is the focus on fatherhood as something sacred — not just as a role or responsibility, but as a core part of who we are.

For men who’ve done men’s work before, this brings an entirely new depth. It grounds the experience in our daily lives as fathers and gives it a center of gravity that other groups often miss. If you’ve never done men’s work that’s rooted in your identity as a father, you’re in for something truly special.”
